Note: 

• Paradigm's Subscriptions are billed monthly as reoccurring billing with NO roll-over of unused time. 
• Overage is billed at current hourly rate determined by Subscription level. 
• Average call time per request is approximately 15 min. 
• Difficulty of request, allotted resources & amount of research required will determine time used per request.
